The ResQ application provides rapid location emergency response services at the press of a button. Emergency Response can be activated either with a separate dedicated Bluetooth button (which we provide) or via the notification panel.When you press the activation button your location is automatically determined by GPS and sent to our emergency dispatch centers along with audio and video streamed from your phone. Our trained dispatchers will then determine the nature of your emergency and send the appropriate emergency personnel (armed security response, ambulance, or fire services) to your location.You can configure your profile via a web browser on either a desktop or your phone which will include:* Photo* Name* Emergency Contacts* Medical information* Other relevant informationGeo-fencing optionally allows for automatic alerts to our dispatchers when you go to unfamiliar areas (requires background location information to be sent periodically).Crowd notification / sourcing is also included: missing person alerts and any crime incidents around your current location (optional: requires background location information to be sent periodically). If you have any information on a given incident you can send messages, pictures or video to our dispatchers to help with the incident. Note: Emergency Response is a paid subscription service. Crowd features are available to everyone with the application free of charge.This app uses the Device Administrator permission.
